IAT Set Edit is a utility that helps you to restrict editing to particular objects
or primitives in a document. MicroGDS assigns a link number to every primitive,
object, and layer in a document. Link numbers are used to uniquely identify an item.
With this utility you can restrict editing to a unique primitive or objects. For
objects this means that you can restrict editing to a unique object even if several
objects share the same name.
You can:
- restrict editing to a unique combination of objects by clicking on those objects
- restrict editing to a unique combination of primitives by clicking on those primitives
- restrict editing to currently selected objects
- restrict editing to currently selected primitives
- exclude a unique primitive or object from being edited
